Q2. What documents and time are required for each step?
Quotation step: The quotation shall be made within 24 hours after receiving the complete information from your company. Please note the terms to be quoted: EXW, FOB, CNF, DDP Design step: If there is a complete design, the inspection needs 1 working day; If you need to assist with the design, it will take 3-5 working days depending on the content. Documents required for proofing and time required for proofing: Files: PDF, AI, PSD,original vectorgraph. Sample Step time required: Paper item : 5-7 days Wooden items : 3-5days Acrylic dice : 3-5days with customized design Other plastic items: 5-7days with exist mould , and 7-10days with customized mould Mass Production step time required: Within 10000 sets: 25-30 days Other quantities: Additional confirmation with us . Delivery step: the shipping mark, shipping address and matters needing attention should be informed in advance Remarks : If need special support on time , Pls let us know freely.
